We are a retail company that offers a direct selling approach. We are using e-commerce as our market tool. Starting 2014 until now, we are able to deliver parcels across the country. Recently, we managed to level up our parcel out up to 200% in a year.

2. Product

In 2014, we started by building our own first product, Lafia Care. Over the years, we have launched several products such as Lafia Men, Lafia B’Shine, Dinara, Javatis and Rubika. Here, we enhance our focus on product development as an extension of marketing efforts because both are not from separate functions.

3. Technology

There is no time out for perfection. Here, we are always looking for more opportunities to build efficient and effective business operations. Technology is the best way for transforming dreams into reality.  Starting with the establishment of this company, we keep in line with the company’s vision and mission by continuously upgrading our business system into everyday operations. With this in mind, our sales climb up to 200% in a year by creating loyal customers from good after-sales service.

We aim to be the first choice among land and property developers in Malaysia. Today, we have acquired one strategic residential land located in the historical state of Malaysia.

We currently operate two homestays, each offering a tranquil retreat for those seeking a peaceful escape. Whether for business, leisure, or a brief getaway, our thoughtfully designed accommodations provide a relaxing atmosphere with all the amenities needed for a memorable stay. As we grow, we aim to expand our homestay offerings to more locations, continuing to deliver a unique and welcoming experience.

Our focus is on the construction of high-quality swimming pools, delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. With a strong commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and efficient project management, we ensure every project is completed to the highest standards. As we grow, we are expanding our expertise to offer a wider range of construction services, from residential to commercial, while maintaining the same level of quality and care in all our projects.
